– We are not responsible for any damages to your parcel, if by chance you receive a damaged parcel please take it up with the Post Office immediately. Or you can insure your parcel at an additional cost.

- No cancellations on orders will be accepted

- Please note if you give your us residential or work address the parcel gets sent to the nearest post office and you will need to go and collect it. It does not get delivered to your door.

Once you have the tracking number you can call 0860 111 502 or go to www.sapo.co.za to track your parcel.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that we do not refund. If there is a product you would like to send back, you will receive a credit note for the total of the product only once we receive it.

Exchanges

- We do not exchange any product bought on sale

- If the product has been open or damaged, we will not exchange it.
